Type the signature you want in the Edit Signature box. Under Select signature to edit, select New, and type a name for the signature. In the E-mail account list, pick the email you want. On the Message tab, click Signature, and then click Signatures. The signature will now automatically appear at the bottom of new messages, when using the Outlook Web App at .
